  • Permission from the Malagasy Government for the project & NGO status

  • Financing the project

  • Finding the most suitable land for the Baby House at the right price (prices are currently on the rise)

  • Finding a Team with all the required qualifications


The challenges to come;

  • Building the Baby House (including all the logistics that come with building a home; plus the fact that it's in Madagascar)

  • Ensuring on-going financial support

  • An unstable government in Madagascar

  • That everything stays dry in the container over the Winter
